BSI Win Principal Hayley Award for Best Travel Management Agency 2008

The Principal Hayley Group, who specialise in luxury hotels and conference venues, voted for BSI over a competitive list including four other major TMC’s with a voting panel consisting of the senior management team at the Principal Hayley including CEO Tony Troy.

Four main areas of excellence helped BSI secure the award; a commitment to innovative customer pricing models; focus on lower distribution costs; strong account management skills; and dedication to providing clients with a wealth of hotel information to meet duty of care aspirations.
BSI has invested in a series of measures to enable hotels and venues to make visible achievements in the field of corporate social responsibility. This has included developing a supplier extranet, which enables CSR data to be collected at individual hotel and group level, allowing buying decisions that take into account CSR credentials as well as lowering distribution costs.
